The “nut flush” is the name given to the highest possible flush, typically ace high. If your hole cards are A♥ K♥ and the flop comes Q♥ 4♥ 10♥, you have flopped the nut flush. If two players have a Flush, the player with the highest card wins. If both players have the same high card, the second-highest card wins, etc. A player with the highest flush rank wins. If both players have the flush of the same rank, then the pot would get split between them. This, of course, holds true only if no one else has a card combination higher than a flush. Both players have hit a flush, but in this case A2 wins as AJT52 is the highest possible flush in this hand. High Card Flush is a poker game that ignores all hands except flushes. The goal is to receive more cards of a suit than the dealer. Players receive seven cards after placing an ante. The dealer also receives seven cards.
The player decides to play or fold. The play bet is equal to the ante. After that, the dealer shows the house hand. The dealer needs at least a three-card nine-high flush to qualify. The ante pushes if the dealer does not make this hand.
After that, the flush with the highest number of cards is determined in the player’s hand. It is compared to the dealer. High card breaks ties. The player wins if that hand is better than the dealer’s hand. The house wins if the dealer beats the player.
